Peanuts are as good as Almonds

No doubt the density of Nutrition contents is very very high in Almonds as compared to Peanuts. But in practice one can afford to eat 100 gms peanuts per day but not the almonds of 100 gms per day. Practically one may eat 10-15 or at the most 25 almonds per day therefore the realistic comparison is made of 100 gms peanut with 25 gms almonds. And one can see that the difference in  nutrition value is not very big.
