Have lot of carbohydrates with lean protein , to give you continuous energy throughout the day.
Avoid sugar and protein and pick out only the carbohydrates.
Pasta made from quinoa or buckwheat,
Vegetables like arugula, roasted peppers, fresh tomatoes, sometimes cucumber, a lot of broccoli, a lot of cauliflower, green beans, carrots.
Combine vegetables with the pasta and some olive oil and a bit of salt.
