While jogging following must be ensured :
- chest up,
- belly in,
- shoulders pushed back,
- tailbone tight and
- most important is while jogging the heels must touch your butts !
2. Two minutes of back running
3. Two minutes of Lateral Shuffle
4. Two minutes of Front Cross over
